Gianna Gavatha Dehn

Gianna Gavatha Dehn is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Associate Director of HR Advisory at WTW since March 2022. Prior to this role, Gianna held various positions at BW Offshore from January 2018 to February 2022, including Human Capital Lead for Learning & Development Programs and Manager of Human Capital for Fleet Personnel. Gianna's career began at Nordic Maritime Services AS, spanning nearly a decade from 2008 to 2018, where roles included Crew Management Consultant and Quality Assurance Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Manning Superintendent at Wilhelmsen group and a trainee position at Hellenic Exchanges. Gianna's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in International Transport from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus.
