Melanie MacDonald FCII, QFA, RPA serves as the Head of Strategic Initiatives & Carrier Management in the Corporate Risk & Broking division at WTW, a position held since February 2020. Previously, Melanie was an Operations Manager at Campion Insurance, where responsibilities included managing operations for the Life and Pension business and driving business change strategies. Additional roles include various positions at Allianz Insurance, starting as a Graduate Management Trainee and progressing to Insight and Customer Research Officer. Melanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Politics from the University of Glasgow and has pursued further education at the Chartered Institute of Insurance between 2014 and 2021.
