Thomas Carbone has a strong background in public health, with over 30 years of experience in various roles. Thomas started their career in 1987 as a Health & Licensing Agent in the Town of Dennis. In 1989, they moved on to become the Director of Public Health for the Town of Tewksbury, a position they held for 16 years. In 2006, they joined the Town of Andover as the Director of Public Health, where they are currently employed.
Thomas Carbone attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health.
