Jacob Perry

Jacob Perry is an emerging professional in the field of environmental engineering with hands-on experience gained from a variety of internships and roles. Currently serving as a Utility Engineer Intern at the Town of Apex since January 2023, Jacob supports the design and administration of water and sewer capital improvement projects while ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Jacob worked as a Watershed Specialist for Chatham County, performing site inspections and assisting developers in adhering to environmental regulations. Additional experience includes a summer internship with WithersRavenel's Utilities department, where Jacob assisted in water and wastewater projects, and a tenure at Brenntag as a Quality Control Lab Technician, where expertise in chemical analysis techniques was developed. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University and has a diverse educational background in environmental science and engineering.
