Hal McCay is an experienced professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Foreign Languages and Literatures from North Carolina State University. Currently serving as an Environmental Outreach Program Assistant for the Town of Cary since August 2023, Hal previously worked as an Exhibit Designer at Design Dimension, Inc., where contributions included designing and implementing diverse projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Receptionist/Assistant at Lux Salon & Spa, a Summer Camp Counselor/Photographer at Pocono Springs Camp, and a Graphic Designer for the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, where Hal developed promotional materials and educational content.
