Pamela Howard is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Planning Manager and Acting Planning and Development Director for the Town of Firestone since May 2023. In addition, Pamela operates Zoned IN Planning as the Owner/Planner, providing planning and zoning services to local municipalities. Prior experience includes roles at the City of Westfield, Indiana, where responsibilities spanned from Assistant Director of Community Development to Senior Planner and Associate Planner from January 2015 to May 2023. Earlier roles included a Planning Consultant for the Town of Sheridan, an intern at both the Town of Sheridan and the Irvington Development Organization, and graduate assistantships at Ball State University. Pamela holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University and a Bachelor of General Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis, along with an Associate of Science in Optometric Technician/Assistant from Indiana University Bloomington.
