Stephanie Clark

Stephanie Clark is currently serving as the Director of Community Services for the Town of Smiths Falls and as a Senior Consultant for Hearne Consulting Inc., where expertise includes providing policy advice and training focused on northern and remote community development. Prior experience includes significant roles at the City of Iqaluit, where Stephanie held positions as Director of Recreation, Recreation Services Manager, and Youth Coordinator from November 2015 to May 2023. Stephanie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Policy from the University of York (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociocultural Anthropology from York University.
