Matt Magley has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as Town Manager for the Town of Superior since March 2000. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Town Clerk and Interim Town Manager for the Town of Lochbuie from March 1999 to March 2000. Matt's career began at the Colorado Department of Revenue, where service as an Administrative Clerk spanned from March 1996 to March 1999. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver (1995-1999) and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1991-1995).

Superior is a statutory town in Boulder County, Colorado and was founded in 1896 and incorporated in 1904. The Town reportedly was named after the "superior" quality of coal found in the area. The Town has a well-educated, family-centered population of 13,189 residents within 4 square miles along the productive US 36 corridor.
