Muhammad Shoair is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various HR functions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at TOWN TEAM since July 2022, Muhammad has previously held similar roles at Orouba Misr and EraMint, where responsibilities included personnel management, benefits administration, training, performance management, organization development, employee relations, and recruitment. Muhammad also has experience as an HR Specialist at Al Mostafa For Trading and as an HR Coordinator at Senyorita for Food Industries within the Americana Group. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the Faculty of Commerce, attained between 2009 and 2012.
