Jocelyn Ramsey

Jocelyn Ramsey is a seasoned Water Resources Planning Engineer currently employed at the Township of Langley since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jocelyn served as a Senior Water Resources Engineer and Water Resources Engineer at Golder from May 2007 to March 2021. Jocelyn's career also includes experience as a Water Resources Engineer (EIT) at Powel Cascade AS from August 2004 to May 2007, and as a Project Officer at The Mountain Institute from January 2000 to July 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina completed from 1994 to 1999. High school education was completed at San Silvestre School.
