Kristen Rivas McCurdy

Kristen Rivas McCurdy is the Director of Annual Giving at Towson University since October 2022, and previously served as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving at The Baltimore Museum of Art from September 2019 to October 2022. Kristen's experience includes overseeing donor stewardship and relationship management, developing solicitation campaigns, and coordinating donor retention events. Prior roles include Communications Manager at Maryland Federation of Art, where Kristen led content development and strategic communication plans, as well as Communications Editor and Visitor Services Associate at American Visionary Art Museum. Kristen also holds titles from the Miss America Organization and actively promotes arts in education. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from Towson University and ongoing studies for a Master's in Public Policy Analysis at the University of Maryland, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management & Leadership.
