Elias started their career with Toyota Hellas S.A. in 2008 as a Financial Analyst and later moved up to various managerial roles. Elias served as the After Sales Area Manager & Accessories Team Leader from 2013 to 2017, the Retail Sales Manager from 2017 to 2018, and the Site Manager and Lexus Retail Manager from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Retail Operations Manager in Athens. Currently, they are the Head of Retail Operations at Toyota Hellas S.A. In addition to their automotive experience, they worked as a Sales Executive at Vodafone Greece from 2000 to 2001.
Elias Michalopoulos pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning in 2001 and concluding in 2015. Elias earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing Management and Communication from The American College of Greece between the years 2001 and 2006.
