Andrew Brown

Director at tp bennett

From South Africa, Andrew graduated from the University of Port Elizabeth and built up an architectural practice in his home country before relocating to the UK and joining tp bennett.

Since then, Andrew has been involved in delivering many key projects, from a new-build engineering block for the University of Cambridge to the restoration of the Grade II-listed Guildhall Old Library in the City of London, the refurbishment of Ten Trinity Square Hotel and Residences and the base build and interior fit-out for the Kier Group’s head office. His office development for DEFRA won the RICS Sustainable Building Award.

As befits someone with such detailed expertise, Andrew chairs the practice’s Technical Group, which ensures all projects achieve technical and Construction Design and Management (CDM) compliance from early stages through to completion.
