Jeff Schwartzman

Jeff Schwartzman serves as the Global Head of Learning and Development at TP ICAP since April 2021 and has held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Liquidnet Holdings, Inc. since 2005. In addition to these roles, Schwartzman is Secretary of the Board of Directors at Agahozo Shalom Youth Village, where efforts focus on supporting orphaned and vulnerable youth in realizing their potential. Schwartzman also contributes to education as an Adjunct Professor in the Leadership & Human Capital Management Department at NYU SCPS, teaching a graduate course on "Transformational Leadership & Teambuilding," and has extensive experience as an Instructor and former Director of Corporate Solutions at Dale Carnegie Training. Schwartzman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Psychology from SUNY Oneonta.
