Lee Foster

Lee Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Equities Delivery at TP ICAP since January 2019, Lee leads the Equities Project Portfolio across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, focusing on IT change management and collaborating with Agile development teams. Previously, roles included IT Project Manager and Business Analyst at IBM UK and ERSTE FINANCIAL SERVICES GMBH, as well as similar positions at Portigon AG and WestLB, where Lee managed significant strategic projects and team operations. Academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Essex.
