Michele Moskowitz

Michele Moskowitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Group Head of Talent and Head of HR Americas at TP ICAP since April 2021, Michele leads global initiatives in talent acquisition, development, learning, engagement, and inclusion. Prior to this role, Michele held various leadership positions at Liquidnet, including Head of Performance and Organization Development and Head of Organization Development, where expertise in optimizing work processes and driving change was demonstrated. Michele's career also includes significant roles at Detica, Aon, and JPMorgan Private Bank, managing large-scale projects and overseeing the development of key systems. Michele holds multiple certificates from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School Online and NYU Stern School of Business, as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
