Paul McQuillan

Paul McQuillan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clearing operations and settlements, currently serving as the Global Head of Clearing Operations at TP ICAP since July 1996. In this role, Paul oversees global teams managing settlements, Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) clearing, and Liquidnet trade services. Previously, Paul held various leadership positions, including Head of Operations EMEA at TP ICAP and Tullett Prebon, along with roles in domestic settlements and as a settlement clerk. Paul’s career spans significant responsibilities, such as managing teams across multiple locations, overseeing regulatory reporting, client onboarding, and serving as the primary point of contact for settlement and clearing providers. Paul completed education at Alec Hunter High School between 1988 and 1993.
