Tom Gilbert

Tom Gilbert currently serves as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at TP ICAP since January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Director, International Communications at Northrop Grumman from August 2020 to January 2024, and Global Head of External Communications at Linklaters from February 2017 to August 2020. Tom also worked at the London Stock Exchange Group as the Head of Special Projects in Corporate Communications from March 2011 to January 2017, and held a position in Corporate Communications for EMEA at Thomson Reuters from April 2007 to March 2011. Early in the career, Tom was a Consultant at Fishburn Hedges and served as an Account Executive at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Educational credentials include an MSc in Management and a BSc in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol, along with participation in the Centre for Corporate Affairs and Reputation at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2018.
