Tom Simpson

Tom Simpson is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax management and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior International Tax Manager at TP ICAP since April 2023, Tom oversees various workstreams including transfer pricing, tax strategy, and BEPS-related impacts. Prior to TP ICAP, Tom worked at Howden Group Holdings in increasingly responsible roles, where significant contributions included establishing transfer pricing policies, managing international tax compliance, and supporting M&A transactions. Tom’s career also encompasses positions at EY, Barclays Investment Bank, and PwC, where expertise in domestic UK legislation, compliance, and tax provisioning was developed. Tom is a qualified chartered accountant, holding an ACA from ICAEW, a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester.
