Mark Potter is a highly experienced chemical engineer with over 40 years in the industry, currently serving as a Senior Staff Process Engineer at TPC Group since June 2008. In this role, Mark leads process engineering for PIB, MTBE, 1-Butene, and Raffinate product lines, overseeing projects from FEL-0 to FEL-3 and providing technical support for operations. Prior to TPC Group, Mark held positions at Merichem Company, where support was provided for a joint venture with SASOL, and at Exxon Chemicals, focusing on reforming catalyst development. Mark's career also includes work as a Research Engineer at Exxon Research and Engineering, specializing in coal liquefaction process development. Mark earned a BSChE with Summa Cum Laude honors from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
