An established leader in the field, he is the founder and a Managing Executive of TPG. He has always chosen to work on the front end of projects, guiding clients through their decision-making processes with astute appreciation of their organizational needs. Ultimately, his practice emphasizes the creation of environments that improve his clients’ businesses. He brings to the team a creative and agile approach blended with sophistication rooted in 40 years of leadership and design experience.
When he’s not busy overseeing the firm, Jim enjoys fly-fishing, traveling with his family, and visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
