Mikhail Daoud is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over 23 years of experience in network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior IP/Transmission Engineer at AAPT since October 2010, Mikhail supports the Transmission, IP, MPLS, and Ethernet Network, manages SDH and DWDM bandwidths through Network Management Systems, and provides technical support to field staff. Prior to AAPT, Mikhail held the position of Transmission Senior Team Leader at Mobinil from April 1999 to April 2010, where responsibilities included ensuring group tasks met performance indicators and service level agreements. Mikhail holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Ain Shams University.
