Hugh McGlade

Hugh McGlade currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Executive Office at TPG, a position held since March 2021, after previously working as a Strategy Associate. Prior experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company from October 2018 to March 2021, where Hugh held the positions of Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst. Earlier experience includes serving as a Fulbright Research Fellow with The Fulbright Program, a Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, and a White House Intern at the Executive Office of the President. Hugh's internship experience also includes time with the Connecticut Judicial Branch and U.S. House of Representatives. Hugh earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, as well as History, from Emory University. Educational background also includes attendance at Groton School.
