Jerry Neugebauer

Jerry Neugebauer is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at TPG since November 2012. Prior to this role, Jerry Neugebauer held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from October 2004 to May 2015 and worked as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from August 2003 to August 2004. Jerry Neugebauer earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law between 2000 and 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Policy Studies from Dickinson College from 1996 to 2000. Jerry Neugebauer is an alumnus of Bishop Carroll High School.
