Malcolm Hayes is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in sports, coaching, and content creation. Currently serving as a Player Development Coach and Mentor at TPH Academy and a Background Actor at Central Casting, Malcolm also operates DekeNDangles, a business aimed at enhancing athletic performance for serious hockey players. With certifications as an Ace Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise, Malcolm offers personalized training services. Previous roles include professional athlete for the Atlanta Gladiators Professional Hockey Club and online ESL teacher with VIPKid. Additionally, Malcolm is the founder of Malcolm X Edits, LLC, specializing in video editing. Educationally, Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maine, complemented by preparatory experiences at Cushing Academy and New Hampton School.

With platforms that include association management, elite prospects programs, tournaments and showcases, camps and clinics, and its hallmark Center of Excellence (CoE) academy model for student-athletes, TPH services over 10,000 student-athletes on an annual basis, throughout 16 U.S.-based divisions.
