Riitta Widelski has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Riitta is currently the Director of Human Resources at TPH Academy, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of People, Culture, and Development at TPH Academy from February 2021 to March 2023.
Before joining TPH Academy, Riitta worked at MAHLE Behr USA as a Sr. HR Representative from September 2013 to January 2021. Riitta also held the role of Senior HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist at The Diocese of Charleston from September 2004 to September 2013.
Riitta'searlier experiences include working as a Customer Care Representative at SunCom Wireless from April 2004 to September 2004, and as a Sales Leader at Limited Brands from September 2003 to March 2004. Riitta began their career as a Human Resources Intern at National Gypsum Company from May 2003 to August 2003.
Riitta Widelski also gained valuable experience in the marketing field during their tenure at L'Oréal. Riitta held several roles at L'Oréal, including Customer Marketing Manager from November 2000 to August 2002, Brand Manager from March 2000 to October 2000, and Marketing Trainee from January 1999 to February 2000.
Riitta Widelski's education history includes a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising from the University of South Carolina. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certification (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and South Carolina Notary Public from the South Carolina Secretary of State.
