Charles Stroo

Charles Stroo currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TPI Composites, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Stroo held multiple leadership positions at Raytheon Technologies from November 2015 to January 2024, including Vice President of Power & Controls Operations, Vice President of Avionics Operations, Sr. Director of Avionics Operations, and Director of Manufacturing. Stroo holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.
