Demet Ünver

Demet Ünver has over a decade of experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at TPI Composites, Inc. since November 2012. Previously held roles include Learning & Development Supervisor and Organizational Development Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing learning teams, overseeing onboarding processes, and leading factory start-up projects. Early career experiences include internships with Delphi and Denizli Cam Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, as well as a role as a Human Resources Specialist at TPI Composites. Demet holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Sakarya University.
