Katherine McQuade

Katherine McQuade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, marketing, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development at TPI Composites, Inc., Katherine is responsible for all technical training initiatives globally, significantly transforming production workforce training methodologies. Previously, Katherine held leadership roles at Hypertherm, where expertise in talent development, change management, and corporate initiatives was demonstrated, and at Norwich University as a Senior Adjunct Professor in Organizational Leadership. Katherine's diverse background includes positions in marketing and strategy at organizations such as the Orton Family Foundation and Renewable NRG Systems. With a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University and an MBA in Marketing from Rivier University, Katherine combines academic knowledge with practical experience to drive organizational success.
