Muhammad Faisal

Muhammad Faisal has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Head of Human Resources at TPS Worldwide starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at K-Electric, including Lead HRBP Generation & Transmission, General Manager - Human Resource Business Partner, Deputy General Manager - Human Resources, and HR Business Partner. Before their time at K-Electric, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited (HOH) from 2014 to 2016. Muhammad Faisal began their career in human resources at Bank AL Habib Limited, where they worked as a Manager and Assistant Manager in Human Resources from 2006 to 2013. Muhammad also gained experience as an Officer in Human Resources at KASB Bank and EcoPack Ltd. in the early 2000s.

Muhammad Faisal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration (BPA Hons) from Karachi University between 1999 and 2001. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Finance at Karachi University in 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Inclusive Leadership, Generative AI in HR, and Creating a Leadership Development Program from LinkedIn, with an expected completion year in 2023.
