With a background in software development and IT engineering, Matija has successfully overseen the construction of data centers, implemented cloud services, and led smart IT solutions in the automotive industry. Prior to this, Matija worked at Datalab as the CIO and Senior VP Operations, focusing on improving internal operations across multiple countries. With a strong academic background from the University of Ljubljana, Matija has a proven track record of driving innovation and success in the IT field.

TPV AUTOMOTIVE d.o.o. is a development supplier operating on the global market of automotive industry. We develop and manufacture products that have a significant impact on vehicle dynamics, safety, ecology and driving comfort, as well as implement new technology solutions in electric vehicles (EV). Our development services are purchased by most demanding OEMs for their premium brands like BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Land Rover, Renault, etc. Our core programmes are: Development & Engineering Services, E-mobility Aluminum Components, Lightweight Steel Components and Surface Protection. Our production processes follow the principle of smart factory. The company is located on five sites in Slovenia – Novo mesto, Brežice, Suhor, Velika Loka and Ptuj - and one site in Kragujevac, Serbia.
