Prior to these roles, Shannon held positions at Mitel, ShoreTel, Polycom, and Nortel Networks, where they gained experience in services marketing, market intelligence, alliance marketing, and various managerial roles. Shannon has a strong track record of developing go-to-market strategies, managing marketing responsibilities, and driving sales enablement. Shannon is skilled in leading global teams and has a proven ability to deliver successful marketing programs and initiatives.
Shannon Graham has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Texas State University. Shannon also has a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
