Bjorn Conway has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Bjorn is currently the Chief Executive Officer at TPXimpact since October 2022. Prior to that, they founded Dx Cubed in May 2020. From December 2020 to October 2022, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Kroll.
In 2019, Bjorn held the position of Chief Executive - under repair, recovering from a cycling accident. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of a PE-backed start-up, leading it to become the UK market leader and successfully securing third-party investment.
At EY, Bjorn held various roles from 2008 to 2016. Bjorn chaired the Board of Senior Partners as the UK&I Government & Public Sector Lead, leading the business to double its top-line revenue and improve gross margins. Bjorn also established and chaired EY's Global Defence & Security team and set up the UK Aerospace, Defence, Security & Resilience team.
During their time at a UK Government Department from 2010 to 2012, they served as a Personal Appointee for the Reform Committee. Before that, they were a Partner at PA Consulting Group from 1994 to 2008, specializing in delivering effective change for clients in various industries. Bjorn started their career as a Graduate Engineer at Hawker Siddeley in 1989 and later worked as a Manager in the Special Purpose Machines Business at Avco Engineering Ltd.
Bjorn Conway holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Surrey.
