Paloma Jain is a Senior Design Researcher at TPXimpact, with a diverse background in user research and analysis. Previously, Paloma served as a Senior User Researcher for the Government Digital Service, focusing on emerging technologies in the public sector. Experience also includes roles as a UX/UI Instructor at Love Circular and a User Researcher at the Australian Bureau of Statistics, where Paloma led user research for the 2021 Australian Census and contributed to the Economic Activity Surveys and data reconciliation projects. Paloma's early career involved managing census operations in Melbourne and encompasses extensive educational qualifications, including a Master of Counselling in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Behavioral Neuroscience from Monash University.
