Tracey Paddison, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at ZTR Control Systems and TR Electronic since November 2010. History In 1988, the president of our company flew over to Germany and to the TR Electronic operation there, on somewhat of a fact finding mission. One year later, in 1989, we purchased the rights to sell TR products in Canada and Mexico. Due to exceptional growth in the Canadian market, we took over the entire North American operation in 1994.
