Jiarong Zhou

Jiarong Zhou is a highly skilled molecular biologist with a strong background in research and laboratory management. Currently serving as Scientist II at Tr1X, Jiarong previously held positions at Shoreline Biosciences, Inc., where contributions included roles in both the Shoreline Flex Team and Discovery Immunobiology. As a Graduate Researcher in Liangfang Zhang's Research Group, Jiarong successfully addressed a significant Mycoplasma contamination issue and streamlined lab operations through innovative programming. Jiarong's earlier experiences also include positions in financial management and sponsorship acquisition within various engineering organizations and significant research contributions during undergraduate studies, particularly in computational chemistry and drug formulation. Jiarong Zhou holds a PhD in NanoEngineering from UC San Diego, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in the same field with a focus on Bioengineering/Materials Science.
