Gregg Carpene

EVP & Chief Legal Officer at TRAC Intermodal

Gregg Carpene joined TRAC Intermodal in 2003 and has served as the company’s Chief Legal Officer, Secretary and Director since 2008. From 2008 to 2015, he was also General Counsel of Seacastle, Inc. a former parent company of TRAC that held investments in container ships, containers and chassis. Before that, Mr. Carpene was the General Counsel of two of TRAC’s former subsidiaries that focused on the leasing and rental of technology equipment.

Prior to his work with TRAC, Mr. Carpene was a Member of Cozen O’Connor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College and a law degree from Rutgers School of Law, where he was an editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.
