Marina Furman is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Recruiter at TRACE studio since July 2022. Prior to this role, Marina worked as an Art Recruiter at Game Insight, focusing on recruiting various art specialists, and as a Senior Recruiter at Skillbox, managing a significant number of vacancies and communicating with candidates and partners. Earlier experience includes a recruitment position at Skyeng, where Marina effectively processed a large volume of resumes, and an internship at MainStaff. Marina began their career as an IT-researcher at UNIQA Recruitment Services. Marina holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Moscow State University of Psychology and Education, obtained in 2020.
