Prior to this, Yaroslav worked at Wargaming from September 2011 until December 2021, holding various titles such as Operations Manager Coordinator, Project Support Specialist, Technical Expert, and Technical Specialist. Yaroslav received a degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Protection from Belarusian National Technical University in 2011.
