Insop Song has extensive experience in technology and management roles, currently serving as Director of Services Delivery for the SW Region at Trace3 since February 2013, where previous titles included Sr. Engagement Manager, VP of IT, Sr. Director of Engineering Services, Practice Director, and Professional Services Manager. Prior to Trace3, Insop Song held the position of Director of IT/MIS at First Medical Management from May 2009 to February 2013, and earlier served as a Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager at the same company. Additional experience includes Client Manager at Prosum, Country Manager for Thailand/Southern California at Prosum, VP Sales/IT at Promo Direct, and Director of Operations at Evans Manufacturing. Insop Song's career began at AT&T, where roles included Operations Workforce Manager and Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager.
