Caitlin Czulada

Caitlin Czulada brings over a decade of experience in project management and professional services, currently serving as the Director of the Center of Excellence at TraceLink. Previous roles at TraceLink include Professional Services Manager and Implementation Project Manager. At Upromise, Caitlin worked as an Implementation Analyst and Team Lead, focusing on the transition of 529 plans to the Upromise platform while establishing efficient procedures and workflows. Earlier experience includes positions at Brondolo Associates, LLC, where efficient filing systems were developed, and an internship with the Connecticut Association for Human Services, where self-help guides were created for low-income families. Caitlin holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and International Affairs from Northeastern University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Studies, and African Studies from Elon University. Publications include the "Asset Building Guide for New Haven" from 2007.
