Monique Williams

Monique Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in channel sales and business development. Currently serving as Principal Channel Sales for GSI’s & Alliances at TraceLink since January 2025, Monique brings nearly two decades of expertise from Hyland, where roles included Business Development Manager for the Global Partner Team, Country Manager for UKI, Middle East and Africa, and various Regional Sales Manager positions in South Africa. Monique holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Marketing) and a B.Soc.Sci in Psychology and Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
