Namita Gupta

Namita Gupta is an experienced professional in event management and marketing communications. Currently serving as the Director of Global Events at TraceLink since May 2024, Namita previously held significant roles at Dell Technologies from June 2011 to August 2023, including Signature Global Customer Events and Employee Forums Leader, where a notable event program strategy increased Chief Customer Office presence and customer sentiment capture. Namita also led Customer Advocacy and Marketing Events, scaling Global CX day events significantly. Earlier roles included Marketing Communications Manager at Comcast, Marketing Program Manager at Deutsche Bank, and Senior Account Executive at Fidelity Investments. Namita holds an MBA in Marketing from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in Economics from Pune University.
