Matthew Dean has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, brand protection, and onboarding. At Tracer, Matthew currently serves as a Customer Success Manager, bringing strategic thinking to improve workflows and processes within the department. Matthew previously worked as an Onboarding Consultant and Senior Brand Protection Analyst. Prior to their time at Tracer, Matthew worked at Grand Canyon University as a Student Services Counselor, and at Chili's and Cute Cakes in customer service positions. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Legal Studies from Grand Canyon University.
