Clare Klemmer Pillay

Clare Klemmer Pillay is an experienced operations and media professional with a strong background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and VP of Operations at Tracer since January 2020, Clare previously held multiple positions at VaynerMedia from August 2015 to December 2019, including Director of Media Operations and Supervisor of Client Integration and Development. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at Brand Networks from November 2012 to August 2015, as well as Project Coordinator and Production Assistant at BBK Worldwide. Clare began their career with internships at Brand Content and BBK Worldwide. Educated at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Clare obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies and Studio Art in 2011.
