Mike Banks has over 39 years of experience in project management and engineering, primarily in the petrochemical and subsea industries. Since April 2004, Mike Banks has held various managerial roles at Tracerco Ltd, including Petrochemicals and Refineries Project Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing process troubleshooting projects, and Discovery Project Manager for the world's first multi-award winning Subsea CT scanner. Prior roles also include Business Development Manager for Subsea Applications, with a focus on growing subsea inspection services, and Subsea Project Manager, managing a range of subsea inspection projects. Earlier experience at ICI Tracerco from 1988 to 2004 involved leading teams in process diagnostics for oil and chemical plants, as well as positions at ICI Plc starting in 1984 as an Instrument Apprentice.
