Deon du Rand

Deon du Rand is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in telematics and electronic product research and development. Currently serving as a Telematics Consultant, Telematics Advisor, and CTO at Tracker Connect since August 2017, Deon also holds the position of CEO at Labfin (Pty) Ltd, focusing on bespoke IOT devices and industrial control systems. Additionally, Deon operates as a consultant through du Rand Consulting, specializing in mentoring technology teams and advising corporate boards on strategic technology and product initiatives. Previous roles include CTO and CIO at Ctrack / DigiCore Holdings Ltd, where Deon led innovation and technology strategies, and a managerial position in avionics development at Analysis Management and Systems. Deon possesses a Master's Degree in Business Leadership, alongside Bachelor's Degrees in Systems Engineering and Electronic Engineering.
