Jose M. Ceppi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, implementation, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Training & Implementation Team Lead at TrackTik since July 2019, Jose specializes in leading implementation projects for medium to enterprise clients and acts as a consultant to enhance internal processes. Prior to this role, Jose held several positions at Trans-Pro Logistics from April 2017 to June 2019, including Senior Account Manager, where efforts focused on client relationship building and strategic business development. Jose has also contributed to academia as a teaching assistant and researcher at leading universities, including Universidad de Chile and McGill University. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Atmospheric Sciences from McGill University, Jose combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
