TrackVia is seeking an IT Analyst responsible for maintaining the integrity of computer workstations and associated software within the organization. This individual will be the main contact for employee computer desktop needs and issues. You’ll work with a team of strong DevOps engineers and the most modern technologies.

The ideal individual has 1+ years of experience in Desktop administration, strong analytical skills and technical skills, as well as the ability to interact with senior leadership and thrive in a fast-paced startup. You will be a valued member of the team, responsible for the operations of our office infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Build laptops and load software for new machines
  • Maintain mobile devices
  • Backup and wipe machines in accordance to company policies
  • Monitor employee machines for intrusion and malware detection
  • Troubleshoot user issues
  • Maintain an inventory of all IT company hardware
  • Create and maintain related documentation
  • Assist DevOps Engineers in maintaining corporate network (LAN, firewall, VPN)
  • Adhere to and improve corporate standards for information security & compliance

Required Skills

  • Strong MacOS administration 
  • Windows, Android and iOS administration a plus
  • TCP/IP skills
  • Experience working with and developers and customer support teams
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communications: articulateness, patience, listening skills
  • Professionalism: promptness, attention to detail, organization
  • Strong desire to learn and acquire new skills
  • 1 years experience in a desktop support environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with management systems like Jamf and JumpCloud
  • Experience with 2 factor authentication tools
