Joe Daylor has a long history of success in customer success management and product development. Joe began their career in 1999 as Co-Founder and Director of OutStart, Inc. where they managed teams tasked with developing and operating enterprise-grade products. In 2012, they joined Kenexa as a Customer Success Manager before the company was purchased by IBM in 2013. At IBM, they served as a Leader of Customer Success and a Customer Success Manager, leading a team comprised of Customer Success Managers and implementing a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships. In 2019, they joined TrackVia, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager.

Joe Daylor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Judson University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from IBM, including an Earning Advocacy Practitioner (obtained in June 2019), an IBM Agile Explorer (obtained in June 2019), and a Watson Ambassador Certificate.
